THE DIAPER BANK OF MICHIANA
During this 65th Anniversary Year, JLSB members are giving back to the community once more by selecting the Diaper Bank of Michiana, Inc. as our Project for 2009-2010. Our goal is to collect 500,000 diapers by May 2010. We will be holding diaper drive all over the michiana area, look for more info to follow on dates and locations.
About The Diaper Bank of Michiana:
The Diaper Bank’s primary role will be to implement an organized collection and distribution system for diapers of all sizes. Additionally, the Diaper Bank will engage the community by raising awareness through education and by encouraging diaper drives, creating stakeholders in the Diaper Bank and its mission. Most importantly, augmenting the supply of diapers to partner agencies will allow the agencies to focus on the business of serving their clients, not collecting diapers.
