The Junior League of South Bend is looking for a part-time office manager. This person will work 15-20 hours a week with flexibility to attend eight membership meetings and board meetings in the evenings each year along with our annual holiday gala. Interested candidates will have experience in:
Office management, organizing files, invoicing and maintaining accounts on QuickBooks, reconciling bank accounts and working with auditing firm, answering calls and emails, updating and maintaining member website, handling routing and coordination of newsletter and event mailings, sending emails using Mail Chimp, and general office responsibilities pertaining to running a successful Junior League organization. Ideal candidate would be someone with QuickBooks experience and some WordPress experience and who is able to maintain flexibility to take on new and different tasks as directed by the Board president and bring new ideas to make our office run more efficiently. Must have good communication skills and be a team player and self-starter. Pay range is $17-$19/hour.
